We exist to listen to your ideas, perspective and aspirations and carefully craft a story that resonates with those values. That’s why we keep an intimate and passionate studio. It is this true harmony of our in house designers and craftsman’s that gives our clients life transforming and society enhancing architecture.

As a third-generation construction professional, I developed a passion for the industry very young. I saw that construction isn’t just about swinging a hammer, it’s multifaceted and I desired more insight. I went off to Prairie View A&M University and earned a degree in Architecture and minor in Art. Soon after, I begun my career in Los Angeles with a general contracting firm and became a licensed contractor. In 2013, I co-founded KINK with my life and business partner Dustin. We are a studio of great vision and promise. We are conscious of our position and actively promote growth opportunities in the construction trades. We aim to be an awesome example of what it means to be a leader for your family and the industry.
Do with no guarantees and invest in relationships that may or may not work out.
Bianca, Designer and General Contractor

As a designer and builder, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection between precision and possibility. I studied Architecture at Prairie View A&M University, where I earned my master’s degree and was mentored by architects who taught me to pare things down to their essence. My early career took me through some of the world’s most design-forward firms—first in Zurich, Switzerland, and later in Los Angeles. But it wasn’t until I co-founded KINK in 2013 that I truly found alignment between craft, values, and community. With Bianca, I set out to build something rooted in accountability, imagination, and care. Our work is a response to the neighborhoods we live in and the culture we come from. We don’t separate construction from design, or design from the people impacted by it.
We either going to win together or not at all,
I refuse to prosper at the expense of another.
Dustin, Designer and Master Builder
